1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Welink Tech SAS (SIREN 984 800 136, RCS Nanterre, France) and any user of the StoryLoop platform (https://storyloopkids.com).
2. Free Discovery Plan (0 €)
Every newly registered parent account receives 3 full personalized audio stories free of charge, with zero payment details or credit cards required. No recurring charge or automatic subscription occurs upon completion of the discovery tier.
3. Pricing, Subscriptions & One-Time Packs
Access beyond the 3 free streaming stories operates under the following options (all prices VAT inclusive, processed securely via Stripe) :
- Annual Family Pass (€59 / year): Includes 1 custom bedtime story every evening (up to 25/month) for all children in the household, unlimited Parents' Voice Studio, synchronization with Yoto Make Your Own cards, Lunii, and DRM-free MP3 downloads (equivalent to €4.91/month).
- Monthly Family Pass (€6.99 / month): Flexible, cancelable in 1 click at any time from the parent account or by emailing support@storyloopkids.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period.
- 10-Story Pack (€19 one-time payment): 10 complete custom stories with lifetime credit validity (credits never expire), DRM-free MP3 downloads and Yoto RSS feed included, with zero recurring charges.
- Lifetime Family Pass (€89 one-time payment): Lifetime access for the entire household to all current and future Family Pass features, with zero renewal fees.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Guarantee
In accordance with consumer regulations for digital content, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to generated audio content once delivered. However, StoryLoop offers a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee for annual and lifetime subscriptions upon written request to support@storyloopkids.com.
5. Intellectual Property & Private Family Use
Stories generated on StoryLoop are licensed to the purchasing parent for private, family, and domestic listening only. Commercial distribution, public broadcasting, or reselling of audio files is strictly prohibited.
6. Service Availability & Liability
StoryLoop commits to maintaining high platform availability. In the event of a technical generation failure, the story credit is immediately refunded to the user's monthly quota.
